The 12 eggs in this download were initially published in our book “Easter Knits” in 2012. We have now chosen to knit them in Norwegian wool and re-publish them using our new, improved egg pattern, which consists of the basic instructions and 12 charts. All charts are included in this download.

Description

Yarn: ROWAN Norwegian Wool.

Needles: We used one set of 5 dpns 3.0 mm / U.S. size 3. You can also knit the eggs using a long circular needle for magic-loop or using two circulars.

Gauge: For eggs knitted in Rowan Norwegian Wool our gauge is 22 sts and 28 rnds per 10 cm / 4 in. Keep in mind gauge is not important for this project, as the eggs will only serve a decorative purpose and can be made with any other yarn weight and any needle size.

Available sizes: No Size.

Skill Level: Beginner. Need to know how to knit, increase and decrease
