Olaug is a fun-to-crochet granny square blanket with stars suitable for all skill levels, even for a not very accomplished crocheter, as it uses just a few basic crochet stitches, and the squares are quick to complete. And it is not too simple that more advanced crocheters will be bored. The best part is the fun of putting together all of the different colour combinations!
This is our pattern with our original way to crochet the granny squares together as you go. The pattern is enhanced with easy-to-read charts that show you exactly how the squares are crocheted and how the joining and edging are done.

Suggested needles: Use the hook that is recommended for the yarn you are going to work with. We usually do our throws in DK weight, which means we usually use a crochet hook 3.5 mm / E-4
