This Nordic style Christmas stocking is knitted from the toe-up and can be knitted very quickly when using a worsted weight yarn. And, there is no second sock syndrome as you only need 1 per person!
The colours we have selected are the colours we would use traditionally for Christmas here in Norway. If you prefer a combination of colours which includes red and green, you can easily replace the grey colour we’ve used, with green!

Suggested Yarn: Rowan Pure Wool Superwash Worsted.
Gauge: 20 stitches and 25 rows = 10 cm
Needle Size: One set of 5 dpns size 3.5 mm (U.S size 4, U.K. size 10 ) for ribbing and one set of 5 dpns size 3.5 mm (U.S. size 6, U.K. Size 8) for stockinette.
Sizes Available: Very Oversized, perfect to stuff with gifts.
