We do not offer refunds on digital downloads.

TERMS OF SERVICE
The products on our webshop are digital download PDF patterns to make yourself, not the actual finished item. All of our patterns are sent electronically as PDF digital downloads to the e-mail address provided by you. After you have completed your purchase, you will receive an e-mail containing a unique URL to download your pattern to your computer so that you may print yourself. We do not send ready-printed patterns by regular mail.
Please make sure to download your patterns into your computer as soon as possible for safekeeping.

Photocopying or emailing copies of our patterns to others is a violation of copyright law.
